Owner: Joycelyn Roberts

I was trained in Caribbean, French ,Italian and international pastries and dishes.  I did my internship in Italy, where I learned to prepare Italian dishes. I spent years perfecting my cakes and pastries. In 2008, I entered a cake at the International Restaurant Hotel and Motel Show where I won an award. I made cakes, pastries and food products for every occasion in my church and for friends.   While I was living in Guadeloupe ( French West Indies), I spent every chance I had in my friend’s bakery learning to make French pastries.  Based on my wealth of experience I have put together my unique style of cooking and baking.
