By using this website, www.CakesByAmberBakery.com,  Amber Bakery and Catering, LLC, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions described below.  Amber Bakery and Catering, LLC reserves all rights at any time, to alter, to modify or update the terms and conditions, and by using Amber Bakery and Catering, LLC you agree to be bound by such modification, alteration, or updates.

 

There is none.  However, be aware that small orders are not cost effective, especially if shipping is added on.

 

Amber Bakery and Catering, LLC, is not responsible for direct or indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages or any damages once your product leave the premises with you. A check list will be given to you to sign indicating that you received your products in good condition.

 

Once an order has been placed and received by Amber Bakery and Catering, LLC, if it is cancelled for any reason, a 20% service charge will be deducted from the deposit.  A minimum of 2 months cancellation notice is preferred for all large orders (wedding cakes, birthday parties, or showers).  Custom or simple cakes two weeks notice.
